Thai One On Restaurant chain was started by a group of individuals who have a love for food and aimed at bringing the authentic Thai taste to Canada. Soon after openning the first thai food restaurant, the food became a favourite of most Canadian families.
Ordered food online and I have never received it. They charged me for that and I contacted customer service. They never refunded me my money back. Don't order online from this restaurant.
Went to order lunch from this restaurant with a bunch of my coworkers. In the dish shared with a coworker, we found a long piece of steel wool in the Rice noodles and Seafood topping dish for $12.95. When we called after to inform them of the steel wool in the food, all the person said was sorry and that they would offer 50 % of the next order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We will NOT be going back here again. Please be aware if you order food here and check the food carefully.
