I would give 0 stars if possible. Such a worst experience. Never ever go there again. They charged me and filed my tax late.No response to emails and calls.

I did a big mistake by filing my tax with chamarthi. He speaks all the non-sense and boasts about his clients number but terrible at filing taxes or responding to our queries when we are in need in help. Last year was my first and last time I filed my tax with him. No wonder when my colleagues mentioned that they are moving away this year from him to find better tax consultant rather than hearing to one who beats his own drums. I had awful experience and God bless who file taxes with him..

Mercury tax consultants make mistakes in basic personal tax filling where you get a standard T4 and you dont have income from any other source. Funny part - If you go with same T4 2 times, you could expect 2 different returns. Worst part - Because of their mistake, you might have to wait for months before getting your return.

Absolutely unprofessional. I am talking about Ganesh. He will try to make you happy by showing big big numbers, but in return you will not even get half of it. You will get no help from him if you get audited. I only recommend going to him if you want your tax returns to get screwed.

Professional, quick, timely (no waiting in line), and cost efficient for great Service. Wouldn't have it any other way.
