I have been here a lot of times. I am not from Toronto but whenever I come here I go to this place. Their food is good but their service is really really horrible. I think they need to hire some professionals who knows how to deal with customers. The attitude of the people working right now is like they just don't care. I just ordered some food for take out and the tone of the girl talking on the phone was like she is fighting with me for no reason.

Worse Customer Service i Have ever seen
I was in that restaurant on May 5th, 2012 with my wife and we ordered Paneer Kadhai the dish was wonderful infect one of the best that i have ever try in india & Canada. But the Girls who were serving me were giving worst customer service, i would say even no service.
At the Beginning for placing an order she asked us to step down to cash register!!!! Luckily she was not busy at all just chatting with her colleague.
Again i will definitely visit this restaurant but next i will take the opportunity to talk with the owner instead of doing this review so that can help him more.
They never served the water too and when we asked they drop the water at the table but like that was not part of the her job description.
I dont want to discourage you to visit this restaurant but i m writing this to wake up the owner who hired this kind of server. eventhough they have delicious menu with this worst customer service.
I have been here couple of times for a lunch and like it.
Food is tasty and service is fast enough.
However, sometimes it is too busy so you have to wait for a free table.
This restaurant has one of the best cusines but the worst customer service ever seen. There is no value given to a cusotmer's business and appreciation does not exist whatsoever! I'm a deeply disappointed customer and disgusted by the treatment over a lunch special menu deal.
After being turned down the lunch special menu, the "boss" of the restaurant didn't even care if I was going to order food from the place or not. They turned down the special menu offer as it was ONLY 3 mins. after 4, despite my request and being a regualr customer. As an appreciator of the food prepared I still had the courtesy to order from the place despite the humiliation however that was the last business I would ever have with this restaurant. There was no apologetic behavoiur either from any of the saff members.
I'll be sure to never step foot in this place ever again and also will be definitely spreading the word to all my other family friends who enjoyed the food of this place to not go back so that they would have to face the same insult and dissappointment.
