Small town experience with great service. Purchased a new rifle and ammo from Jen Aug/21. Super friendly and helpful. They have earned my future business!
Amazing store, great stuff! Yes it is smaller then Cabelas, but way better, with wonderful customer service, lots of great stuff, they always wiling to help and gives great advises. I bought some stuff and rifle from them some time ago, also brought them another gun that i had problems with extractor ... I definitely recommend this store to all my friends and colleagues, we need to have more stores like that.
Bought a brand new single shot shotgun and was ensured that it was a Benelli Mobil choke thread and it isn’t it’s some very odd ball option that has very limited options available. When asked about it they take no responsibility for it and will do nothing to help resolve the problem
Great spot, awesome selection. Best shop in Ottawa bar none. To address the other reviews on customer service, a couple of the staff can have a tough exterior at first, which really, I understand. The firearms industry has a lot of elitism for some reason, people always want to tell you how awesome they are and how much they know about guns. It gets old. Dealing with this for hours a day would be enough to drive a lot of people bonkers.
Being a small business I have the benefit of the doubt many rimes. Some of the poorest customer service I have witnessed.

I've ordered special order items, purchased ammo and accessories, and sold items on consignment with Rob and Jenn for years. This is the most honest family run business I've run into, and I'm happy they're in my community. Stop here before you order online from some mega-store.
I never had an issue w/ the store until I brought a rifle in for consignment. I brought it in working order. Did not hear from them for several months so I stopped in to take it home and sell it privately. They handed the rifle back to me saying the extractor was not working. when I last shot it, there WAS NO ISSUE w/ the extractor. The gun had some failures to feed but extracted the shells fine. I do not trust them anymore and will take my business elsewhere!
