    Very disappointed...

    Very disappointed that Terry came to my house to take notes to provide me with a quote on a furnace. Despite promising it via email within a week and despite two calls to his business line, nothing received and completely ignored. When I dealt with him 8 years ago, he provided me service, not sure why it changed...
