Will bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle but no effort to service the vehicle. I have attempted many times to use my "complimentary oil changes". But always have to use them in other locations as they were too busy. Sales person told me that no appointments were necessary. I have bought 2 new vehicles from them within 4 years but will never do it again.
My husband and I were very unhappy with the salesman, Tony Koury who sold us the car. When it was ready to be picked up he hardly spent any time to explain how the car worked or answer any questions. There was also no follow up phone call either. All he was interested in was his commission. I would not recommend him as a salesman. The most helpful person was Blair, the business manager. He was so helpful and pleasant and he answered all our questions. I would gladly deal with him again!

He's very knowledgeable with the company and its products, he didn't sell us what we didn't need, he patiently walked us through the paperworks, and showed us the features of the vehicle with unmatched enthusiasm.
