Great service and great staff! It was super busy with the back to school rush, but the staff were still so friendly and professional. Plus, my kiddo got a great haircut!

No good came in just after 530 they told me they were closing after they cut the person in the chair hair and I was cut!???? Oct 26 2021

Disappointed, went there to get my sons first hair cut and they wanted children under 2 to wear a mask. He’s too young and the cdc doesn’t recommend it due to suffocation risk etc I said he didn’t have one and they offered him an adult sized one. Not sure how that would have worked….left and he got his haircut somewhere else.

Everyone is super nice and I love being able to check-in and when I give them my info all my previous haircut info is there!

Have never felt so rushed in my life. I asked if I could get a wash, and the stylist audibly groaned. She barely glanced at the photo I brought in, took 5 minutes to chop my hair, and then charged me an additional 35$ to style (blow-dry) my hair, which I paid so I didnt have to leave in Mid winter with dripping hair. From the second you walk in the door, and all you get is a did you check in online? You can tell theyre going for quantity over quality. A Wash Cut and Style Cost 67$.

One of the worst experiences I ever had for a haircut. When I arrived I was the only customer getting a haircut. The woman cutting my hair seemed bored and disinterested and cut my hair so fast I almost felt assaulted by the clippers hitting my head. She ended up cutting my hair too short and then showed it to me in the mirror and asked if the length was ok. What could I say - no I want it longer? I was in the chair much less than 5 minutes.

Hair is longer on one side than other. Did not allow time to check back, mirror was flashed on one side only. Hair is too long in back compared to sides. Did not have skill to cut hair to top of ears and leave longer in front of ears. Very rushed, not in chair 5 minutes. Quality of cut depends on who you get.
