The clinic 'manager'/receptionist provided the most incompetent customer care I've ever experienced. He actually applied gaslighting tactics on me, a manipulative form of psychological abuse. It’s truly concerning to have been provided service by an individual so clearly lacking in psychological training or customer service skills, at a health clinic of all places. I did not receive treatment, nor was able to re-schedule the appointment, directly due to his unprofessional, violative behaviour.
