I had an issue with the receipt that was incorrect after the item was returned. The employees were not helpful and called the manager who dismissed the error and said to call headoffice. Why should a customer call head office for an error that was created by staff? The manager was very cold and didn't even take the time to explain the issue but kept repeating to call head office. I have been to many Eddie Bauer stores but the one in Orleans (Ontario) is just terrible.
