We haven't had hot water for five days now. The technician who was supposed to bring us a new tank called in sick today, so another two days wait time for any hot water. No one to replace him??? Seriously? I have kids and a job and no hot water. I would have been farther ahead to go buy a tank from home depot and ask my friend to install it. What am I paying rental fees and a service plan for??? Won't do this again in my next home. You just lost a customer.

Great job, very thorough

Bought a new central air unit and had a scheduled install appointment for this afternoon. No one showed. Called the salesman that sold us the unit and he called the manager. The manager doesnt know how we were missed. I have health issues which were expressed at the purchase. No problem I was told. Well Im out this afternoons wages, tomorrow morning wages and feeling poorly from the endured exposure to the heat. AND STILL NO UNIT. Lets see if they back there $500 no frustration guarantee.

Never had such bad service before, they play customer like fools!
