Find another building

Pretty much the worst building I've lived in. The older gentleman will tell you anything to not fix something or blame others. They never get back to you in a timely fashion. Horribly unprofessional property management. There is a reason this building has cheap rent. Pay the extra money and live somewhere better.

Landlord and Maintenance responsible are all unprofessional, be careful of their negative attitude and they will make you feel stupid in front of your wife

Worst Place to Live in Oakville

I have rented an apartment here for one year, and am choosing to leave and not renew my lease due to their manipulative and harassing behaviour. The superintendent and building manager have continued to harass me the entire time I have lived here, even stating (2 months prior to moving out for a 'building inspection') that my "oven and bathtub are disgusting" (although I am a clean person). They continually (and passive aggressively) slide notes under the door and are very rude and unprofessional in their nature. They have slid a note under the door threatening that I may be evicted from a noise complaint, but could not provide details on what type of noise or when it occurred. I can only believe it is because I am younger than the majority of people living in the apartment, but that is no reason to be treated in this manner. They are extremely unfriendly and annoying people to deal with and I would suggest not living here for this reason.
