Capital Cars

Scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9 am and I arrived on time. The sales person who contacted me saying they have a buyer for my car never showed up. Also told this sales person I was not interested in leaving my car on consignment and wanted a fixed price for my car which he said would not be a problem. The gentleman who was at the location was very courteous but could not get me anywhere near the price that was agreed on. A whole morning wasted, because of a shady sales staff.
