Speedy Auto Service Auto Repair Ottawa

Poor customer service. I called in the morning to see if they can change the oil and swap out our winter tires, they tell me, « if you can leave it, they can do it ». Close to closing time I go back and it’s not done. The man at the desk tells me they didn’t have time to get to it. Complete waste of my time, won’t be coming back.

Horrible, incompetent and arrogant owner. Worst service ever. Head office was absolutely no help. Avoid this place
