The tellers and managers are courteous and resourceful. In particular tellers named Gagan and Surya are especially patient and well mannered. They had addressed my needs promptly and effectively.
I visited a branch to replace my debit card, residing in Mississauga while my home branch is in Pickering. Despite the same branch helping previously, they refused this time, insisting I go to Pickering. The staff's rudeness and blame-shifting for not updating my address were disheartening. This raises concerns about treatment of high-value customers in similar situations.
