The folks at Pedalinx Mississauga are great. They are so nice and friendly, and are certainly experts in everything to do with cycling. They do NOT put any pressure on you at all. Instead, they engage and listen to your cycling needs, and respond appropriately by providing you with several options. The service is at the highest level with affordable pricing. I look forward to going back, even just to chat biking. Would recommend them to anyone.
We recently went to Pedalinx to purchase a new bike. The store had been recommended by several friends and we decided to try it out. It far exceeded our expectations! The service was amazing. Everyone who worked there was beyond friendly and took the time, even though the store was busy, to answer all of our questions and get us set up with the perfect bike. The prices were reasonable and they even threw in several accessories at no charge. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
I went in for help with changing my brake pads. Peter informed me that I had good set of brakes and did not need new brakes. He just adjusted everything for me and I was done in master of minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him, he told me that there was no charge since he didnt break a sweat. My next bike will be from them again! They always take such good care of the costumes. And Peters honesty is so refreshing in this day and age. Thanks Peter for your help.
They are very friendly and helpful. I went there to get help to remove training wheels off my child bike. Wheels were badly stuck and were hard to remove. They helped for free. Thank you
Always a great experience when going to Pedalinx. Excellent customer service upon entering the store, very competitive prices, great bike servicing and the feeling that you belong in the store. I purchased my road bike there about 1 yr. ago on a rainy day on my first visit. Have beem in for servicing, upgraded my wheelset and will soon be bringing my wife to the store to buy a bike for her as well. Why go anywhere else.
Bought my fatboy SE here and I was blown away with the help, thrown in accessories and deal I received. Also was given deals when I went back for other stuff. Great store and staff. Will buy future bikes from them before going anywhere else!
The guys at Pedalinx were unbelievably helpful, and a great team as I was recently in looking to buy my first road bike. They were very knowledgeable in all aspects of biking and have great products, and left me feeling very confident and thrilled with my purchase as they nailed exactly what I was looking for.
