As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.
I spoke to every employee that works here regarding your posted review. None of our employees recall talking to you. I even checked our phone log, for the past 2 month, and the longest anybody got put on hold, was for a little over 4 minutes. Are you sure you have the correct store? My name is Tom.
