With the agreement of owner I parked my car at his outdoor garage night before so I could collect it next day. He knew there were thefts happening in his area, but didnt bother to inform me. Next day I was told the Catallytic converter beneath my car $1700 part was cut off and stolen. That shows how responsible he is towards his cutomers car. I paid him full for the break repairs as he promised he will get the part from scrap yard and replace. Never happened. Irresponsible and no customer serv

They’ve had my car for 2 weeks. I can barely get anyone on the phone, when I do, Nirmal spouts a bunch of crap- I couldn’t take it out because there was a car behind it!! They still can’t tell me what’s wrong and I’m at the end of my patience and rope. I have no idea how they got ab5 star rating!!!
