I called for a plate tamper with pad and was told they had one and I said I would pick it up in the morning, in the morning I was told it was reserved and To be picked up in the morning and I said I need it for 2 hours of a 4 hour rental and would have it back before lunch. They couldn’t. Next day I call and was told it was reserved for tomorrow pick up again and I again explained I needed it for 2 hours. Next day that first one went out and they had another one but it too was reserved. UNREAL!!

I’d like to be as objective and unbiased as possible when reviewing. I rented a honda generator for a bouncy castle. I called in to book it. It was great. Then I called in again the day before the party to confirm because it’s very crucial to the party. They confirmed. The day of the party came. I came in to pick it up. The guy said, It’s my first day from a long break and I don’t know who you spoke with but we have no generator available. The guy wasn’t rude but that’s how it ended.

Ive been calling for almost two hours this afternoon. No one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message
