I had to give one star as 'no stars' wasn't an option. DO NOT GO HERE! I cannot stress enough to stay away from this location for hearing aids. It was an absolute horrible and stressful experience for my Mom who was outright disrespected and dismissed. No one listened to her concerns and questions about what she wanted in a hearing aid (she knew what she wanted as these would be replacements) and she was told she would get whatever they chose for her.
