Terrible customer service. No incentive to get or suggest spare parts for repair. Went in for a belt replacement, first comment was "is it a Honda part", when I said no, the next line was "then we don't have it".
Not even a suggestion of "let's see what we can do" or suggesting an alternative. I am surprised Honda & Stiehl let this business carry their lines.
I would not rated this business nor recommend it. The owner is unknowledgable of products & unprofessional. When unhappy with his service as we placed an order, paid & picked up product then were told that you can't put certain pieces with the product but in a very rude manner. As this was not what we ordered & when asked for a refund, the owner said, no refunds its policy. I asked to see the policy he then pointed to his forehead & said its right here, I'm the owner & that's the policy!
