April 2018: bought a Windster WS-28TB30 ($1050). After 2 weeks, oil started leaking down from the range hood while in use. Store manager said that its normal because the range hood is not designed to vacuum the oil, only the smoke and that there is no defect. They even refused to come look at the problem. In my life, I never got a problem like this with other range hoods. Its so frustrating, need to wipe the oil before it falls in my cooking. AVOID THIS STORE AND BRAND!!!
