    Worst customer se...

    Worst customer service ever. Provided an initial price when we were negotiating, then at the time the job was done, there was a surcharge because I was using credit card. Which was not mentioned previously. Not to mention the lack of responsibility. Gave then the pictures to be framed, told me it will take 3 days. Did not hear from him for a week. I call and they tell me it will be a few more days. Then again never called me, I had to call again and ask. At the end, it took a month and a half to get back my pictures. And all these time I had to keep calling back to ask about the work. The owner just didn't even bother to let us know. DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS SHOP AT ALL.

    My cousin bought ...

    My cousin bought canvas art from them while ago and she was very happy with the quality and service. Based on my her recommendation, I bought Groupons from Double Wings Art and have my canvases framed by them which are so beautiful. They did them in two weeks with such good quality. I will recommend to everyone.

    Very poor service and discredibility

    Save yourself the money and do not purchase canvas art from them. Their service was very unprofessional. I sent them an email on Dec 10th saying I would like to submit my file by email and not in person. They were fine with that. No confirmation was given to me though. Over 10 weeks passed and I followed up with them since I had ordered another canvas from Gallery Art in Vaughan and it was completed within 7 weeks. I gave Eric a call, the one who responded to my initial email. No one answered so I left a message for him to call me back. He didn't call back. I called again 3 days later and he said it was ready and to come pick it up. When I picked it up. I had to pay HST of $15.10 on it. I paid $29 for the canvas, most groupons I have used only charge HST on the already discounted price and besides that, the groupon value is $100, 13% of $100 is not $15.10. I was so turned off, I didn't even bother to argue with them. If you use Gallery Art, their prices are so much better, and once you redeem your groupon, the hst charged is on the discounted price. I'm am spreading this review around in hopes that no one uses Double Wings Art.
