Trillium Health Systems

We had a recent visit from Trillium to see the Filterqueen air system. Our friend recommended one of their reps Darren to also come and show us the demo they had. I was very surprised at how professional he was. We had a great experience, and are very happy with our new vacuum and air cleaner!

I use my wood stove a lot in the winter. I was concerned because I was breathing in the fine soot and dust. Since getting the Filter Queen Majestic and Defender, I have noticed a significant improvement. Once, during a bad storm, high winds created a very poor draw and my family room began to fill with smoke. After dealing with the wood stove, I turned the Defender on high and the smoke was cleared from the room within about 45 minutes. I now have one in my bedroom too.

We just love our system! It has helped my asthma and allergies. I just run the defender at night and no more sneezing for me. I'm surprised at how easy the majestic is to use ... mostly on hardwood floors.

Entered their draw at the cat show. They called to say I won a prize. They let me choose my prize. Then because I don't actually own or rent a house they told me I couldn't have the prize. Thanks. Sorry I chose to take care of my mother instead of moving out.

Rudest Customer Service EVER!!!

I made the mistake of stopping by this company's booth at the home and garden show in London. They have called me daily (between 1-8 times per day) during business hours (when people are working) and didn't leave a message. I finally called back after months of this and when I found out who they were I asked to be removed from their calling list. Vivian, apparently the boss there (her words) proceeded to yell at me and tell me I should answer my phone. Avoid at all costs... So rude!
