I found several pairs of great shoes that I wanted to purchase. I asked if there was a way that the manager could offer me some sort of discount so I could get them all and he said that was doable. He, however, lied to me and actually just gave me discounts I was already entitled to. Looking at my rewards when I got home I realized he merely applied a discount I was already entitled to and now won't be able to use in the future. I'd rather him have just been honest and not lied.
