DO NOT GO HERE FOR SUITS!! Ordered our suits in May for an October wedding. Did not receive until October 10th after we had to make multiple multiple phone calls. We were told they're coming they're coming and never came in. Had to order different suits in the end. Communication is terrible. Alterations done at the store were incorrect and uneven. So here we are 10 days before the wedding having to scramble. No way on earth I would ever give them any business ever again!!

2010 Summer wedding: Rented 5 beige tuxes What went wrong: Upon pick-up tried to rent us: -2 pairs of pants, way to large / wrong size even though adjustable -1 pair of brown leather shoes with cuts and scuffs (extra $10) -1 stained premium dress shirt (extra $15) All of this was rejected by my great groomsmen upon pick-up What was not caught on site: -5 incorrect cufflinks, they advertise sliver/smoked available but do not tell you they have been switched to black (fixed in additional visits) -1 pair of very broken suspenders, had to use brides extra hair clips to awkwardly hold up below mentioned extra large pants -1 pair of extra large pants When then extra large pants miss-sizing was addressed at the store, the woman said "whoever sized you didn't know what they were doing" HA, she did the sizing. I believe $20 was refunded to one of my groomsmen for inconvenience. I spoke directly to the company owner / operator and itemized a list of things he needs to improve on. He did not show any interest or sympathy towards the stress his company caused in preparation to our special day. I would never recommend this company for their customer satisfaction..... They are definitely not the company James Bond would use. 007
2010 summer wedding- Rented 5 tuxes. -Tried giving one of my guys a stained white dress shirt to go with suite, he rejected and made sure he got another. -broken pair of suspenders, didn't realize till we got to grand bend for wedding. no clasps on one side. nothing to hold the extra large pants up. Had to use hair clips from the brides hair to hold pants up. -all cufflinks were wrong colour, asked for silver, got black (explination: we no longer carry the style you picked) My response: well then why wasn't I informed so that my guys we're given black cufflinks to go with beige suites? Manager gave us old stock to use, and made it seem as if he was doing us a favor. -2 pairs of pants were way to large. I know you try them on before you leave the store, but when the woman sizing asked who sized the pants so incorrectly, turns out she was the one. -1 pair of shoes with cuts in leather, and scuffs. Also rejected at store and made sure we got another pair -spoke to manager after the fact of my personal experience and experience I viewed of another party, he didn't appear to care, he got his money. -while I was in the store: they gave wrong ties to one customers entire party, purple vs silver. and couldn't fit another parties ring boy -their the only company in london that appear to rent beige suites (makes for a nice out door wedding colour), in my oppinion their not worth going to. its unfortunate. So much for a well run family business.
