In the 1980s, I, Hae Chung, began making my own distinct wine out of my father-in-laws basement. Experimenting with different ingredients, I constantly strived to create a better wine. Even back then I was very passionate with the craft of wine making.Finally deciding to do something I truly loved, I started a new business. In 1993, Bradley U-Brew was established with the partnership of my wife Judy. This not only allowed me to acquire more advanced equipment but also share knowledge on how to make beer and wine to my customers. A wonderful choice of brand names for beer and wine along with a great experience in the making . Different levels of wine quality with the highest including the grapes being included in the making, giving a quality taste in your glass of wine similar to that purchased from the liquor store .
