I installed Golden windows in my home 30 years ago and they have been problem free except for some on the glass that has had a seal problem.
I have dealt with an employee Jeniffer who is very helpful and filled my request for replacement glass very efficiently and promptly.
Our's was a new build and we had no samples offered at the time of selecting windows. The builder put the order in and we weren't contacted until 2 weeks before delivery. We bought the largest residential windows possible and no one suggested TRIPLE PANE. We have two leaky windows, no one sent out from an email I sent until the week of Christmas then Golden Window on shut down. Towels have been put in behind the roman shades to stop the cold from coming in. No samples shown RUN.
