Very unprofessional. The assistants and vet techs were nice, but the vet himself must have been in a bad mood that day because my dog was scared and cowering in the corner, and I had trouble getting her into a position that he was comfortable working on her, so after half of a routine check-up he got angry at her,opened the door, and loudly told us to leave. We were shocked to find that we were still charged for the entire procedure. We now go to another local vet that is more compassionate.
