    Terrible on customer service. We had to get a large maple tree removed. The first thing we saw on their website is Request a Quote. After a representative came out to look at the tree, they said they would get back to us with a quote within 24 hrs. That did not happen. In fact after repeated calls and emails to the company we never ever did receive a quote. After 2.5 months we simply gave up and went with someone much better. According to many others JL is the worst for customer service.
