J & S Sealing Concrete Services & Restoration

Steven is awesome…he fixed all that needed to be fixed. He explained everything to help me understand the process and his work is very detailed and clean. I would recommend him to anyone that has a concrete nightmare.

Being that I am someone who is very handy and knowledgeable with construction and renovation, I have extremely high expectations when I higher professionals. J & S met those expectations with out any issues. On top of being great at what they do, there just great people. Like I said, if you want a job done right, you want J & S sealing.

Very professional, did an amazing job washing my concrete porch and applying a sealant. Steven also took care of all the cracks in the concrete.

I have to agree with what everyone says below regarding ghosting & some poor quality. There was whining through the execution of the job which was unprofessional - do the job you are hired for or raise concern about factual things. Additionally, damage to existing other parts of my property unaddressed and left for my household to discover after they left and repair on top of paying for the job in full. Not forthcoming with the damage done and we found it after. Buyer beware

Had some concerns with the work that was done (resealing) as it is peeling in less than 1 year. I called and they indicated they would come back to address the issue and we are coming in the next week. Yup have heard that 4 times and we are coming up to a year and a half later and still a no show.

Needed some patterned concrete repair around the pool - cracking, chipping and discoloured. Steve did an excellent job in fixing it and bringing it back to life. Thank you for a job well done and your professionalism. Nina

Definitely the right company to hire if you have any type of concrete problems. We need foundation work, cracks repaired and also parging. Great guys, very honest and so knowledgeable. Their pricing was fair and will be recommending them to my neighbors and family. These kind of businesses are definitely getting harder to find, when you find them make sure you hire them!

Had some concerns with the work that was done (resealing) and called them. They indicated they would come back to address the issue but no show. Be aware and only pay your last billing amount once all work is done and you can fully inspect the job during the day vs the evening. For a company that indicates they value and stand behind their work, beware.

I was very impressed with the work Steve did repairing the concrete and parging around the garage. He was respectful of my property, leaving no mess and completing the job in the time quoted. Tt was a very professional job. Looking forward to him returning in the spring to clean and seal the new interlocking walkways.

All we can say is WOW, J & S did such a great job at our home. My wife did a lot of digging and making sure we picked the right company, and we definitely did! They we clean, professional, priced right and something very important to us was warranty. We have exposed aggregate that was in dull shape as well our foundation wall was in need of repairs. They made my exposed aggregate look brand new and our foundation wall are seamless. Definitely recommend them to friends and family, happy customers

J&S Sealing resurfaced my front concrete porch and stairs. I was very impressed and satisfied with their work. Steven and his crew were professional, respectful and courteously answered a gazillion questions! Steven followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I was satisfied with the end result. J and S was definitely the right choice for us. We have interlock around our pool that has so many weeds and sand missing. They came out, measured and quoted us within the day. They were not the “cheapest” but we are definitely happy paying a bit more and for the job to come out 110%. They cleaned the stones, removed all the weeds and old sand. Replaced the sand with quality materials and the sealer all the stones to make it like how my wife and I wanted. Provide warranty as well.

J & S did a fantastic job at my home. I have pattern concrete that needed to be repaired and sealed. As well I have regular concrete that needed to be repaired and new railings installed. The company did a Fantastic job, great pricing and great quality workmanship. I would hire them again for any concrete work. Its hard to find good companies theses days and this is definetley a Great company!

What a great company. Came out to quote, very affordable and did the job properly! They offer warranty and gave me a receipt. Definitely a company I would do business again with. You get what you pay for.
