    Terrible experience ,Higgins Flooring damaged our floors during the sanding process and were unable to match the existing finish .It cost us over $6500 to repair their work ...we not recommend Higgins Flooring

    Their sanding on my floors was terrible, dips and dives all over. Sure they gave me a discount but my floors still look terrible. Never again!
