Just about the worst service I’ve encountered in medical supply , terrible customer service skill, archaic file system and complete lack of care to help locate an order placed 2 months prior with multiple phone calls where I was placed on hold for 1/2 hour then disconnect
It was then I ventured in to the store to discover that the ladies working their did not wear a mask properly in a medial store with the most vulnerable demographic frequently shopping in store.
The old birds need to retire
For a medical supply company they have terrible customer service. I buy ostomy supplies and often have long waits because the buyer will only buy in large quantities and won’t take into account that sometimes you need something in a rush. At one time you could order supplies and they would hold them for you but now frown upon it as they don’t want you tying up the space.
I have both a colostomy & herniated stoma. I asked staff to help me purchase what I needed; a hernia belt. When I got home, I realized there was no opening for my stoma or bag. They sold me a REGULAR hernia belt and I couldnt return it, which cost me at the time around $ 65.00. Due to the limited space here, Ive put my next hernia belt purchase on another review.
If you order a speciality item that you require. Be prepared...if it doesnt suit your requirements....you will have a very hard time getting your money back or exchange. Even if the store did your measurements.
WORST customer service. I bought a scooter and was told it was NEW. I paid for it and asked that the batteries were fully charged for when I picked the scooter up.... it was NOT fully charged. I ordered upgraded batteries at the time I purchased it. When I got there, the batteries had not even been ordered....excuse was you had to pay in advance. This is the first time I've been asked to pay in advance and then pay for delivery of the batteries. I still have not received the new batteries
