They topped up my insulation and replaced a patio door. They found a structural issue when they removed the old door. The way they handled the project showed experience and knowledge. Very impressed with the attention to sealing the door. Thanks for the good work. Love my new door.
Bob acknowledged Sept 2020, what I and several patio door installers told me last year... The Bugs are getting around the screen door because all the doors and screen were installed improperly (Backwards) Bob visited and looked at the door, says I am correct but it will have to wait till warmer weather in spring 2021. Back at the start of November I brought them in to do some spray foam on my roof line. They took the old insulation out as discussed/quoted. During that time, they broke part of my stairs (spindle). When it was brought to their attention the response was "well, what do you want me to do about it???" Once they came back to do the spray foam, they over sprayed all over my walls and floor. Was strung along for weeks trying to arrange a time to get floor spray-foam insulated. Clearly only wanted to do the job if it could be fit in between bigger jobs. Wouldn't ever commit to a date or time but ensured it would get done before pending Energy Audit Review. 2 days before audit, after telling me "I should just reschedule audit", they go on to tell me how bigger jobs take priority and can't get it done in time - left hanging at 11th hour. This person sounds like a competitor of Ken Mason. I had them re-insulate my attic, replace my windows and doors during the time of the gov't grants. They were kind, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the products to me. I am a retired female and i felt very comfortable trusting them in my home.
Ken does not deliver as promised. He manipulates by making the client feel as though they are being too particular due to his obvious negligence on installation and product. His prices are elevated when servicing the Oakville and Burlington area - why? Because he can - as he clearly states!
