Two times. Two dissapointments

Okay. Went there for lunch 1 day. Place was empty and we waited for 20 mins before we where asked for a drink etc. Then I take my girlfriend there for supper 1 night. Lots of seats available but we still waited at the front entrance waiting to be seated for 15 minutes! Waitresses walk by and smile? But non seated us. Finally when seated We ordered an appetizer and they brought it out the exact same time as our wings. I told our server who I believe was the manager about why would they give us our appetizer the same time as our wings she seemed confused.? Isn't an appetizer something you munch on before your meal? Also they messed up my girlfriends order so they took it back and gave us what she ordered. Staff was rather rude and short. Even before they made me rude and short. I love wild wings. But i don't recommend anyone wasting there time at this one. Glad I could share this with you.

Worst Experience in my 4 years at Guelph

They don't take reservations other do pitchers. What sports bar doesn't do picthers these days? Tables aren't big enough to accomodate more than 4-6 people. We went with a group of 12 people. Waited like 40 minutes to get seated and we were seated in two different tables. In the middle of the order, a table beside one of ours finished and left. So we asked a waitress to be seated there instead and combine two tables. She said okay and went off. We waited for 10 minutes only to find new customers going to that table. So I called the manager over and he said he couldn't do it because it'll be blocking the path. That was fine but they couldn't come and tell us that without us complaining? So after that, we finished our meals and called the manager over again. For our table of four, one of us didn't receive his Nestea and the other did not receive her sweet potatoe fries. They didn't get any tips and we received coupons afterwards for 5 free wings with a purchase of 10. I went back a second time with some buddies and we could only use one of the coupons per table. This wasn't stated on the coupon. Also what if we each had our own table then? Maybe we could use the coupons then. Enough said.

Bad Food, Bad Service

If I could give it a zero star I would. Worst service and food ever. Server could care less that we weren't happy. 45 mins to fry some wings and serve up totally soggy nachos with about 15 chips. Yes, she had reasons and excuses and was able to defend the poor food and service, but all that we needed was some good communication that the food was going to be a bit slow and some recognition of responsibility. Not just "I'm sorry you feel that way. There's nothing I could have done" - smile with indignation. How about "you are right, and there's really no excuse. Please accept my apologies on behalf of me and wild wing (my employer who I represent)". She said it was busy, but there was only one other table. Take out orders ahead of ours? How could we know except by some good communication on her part? About the food, the server even told us that everything comes frozen and then is deep fried so she's not even sure what the difference between the boneless and regular wings are except the boneless part. FYI, actually, boneless also means pressed chicken nugget.

Why did i go there?

Why did I go there? People need to ask themselves that question! I have been to the Guelph location several times and have enjoyed myself each time! I go there for great wings and to have a good time. Guelph has not let me down. If you are in a rush, phone ahead and they will have your order ready, otherwise don't complain. Lauren is my favorite server, as well as other talented staff. Try Wild Wing Guelph, I recommend them!

Went on a Tuesday night and each got the deal of 1 and a half pound of wings for the price of 1 pound. Wings were very delicious can't wait to try a few more flavors. My husband felt as though the music had a bit of an identity crisis, one minute we were listening to Alexisonfire the next Celine Dion. Service was awfully slow for not being that busy. I would hate to see how this establishment runs when a game is on and the place is packed. The waitress was very friendly although she didn't come back to check on us very often, would have liked to order more to drink. We will be returning to try a few more things on the menu.

Pretty good food, we would go back! Waitress a bit unfriendly but food was tasty. Pickled Willy are delicious and Smokin dill is really yummy. It’s basically a smoky wing sauce with the dill sauce that they serve with the breaded dill pickles drizzled over top. BBQ wings are okay too, very basic. Go on a Tuesday night where you get a pound and a half of wings for the price of a 1 pound (we were so full after we left). Another good option is to go on Thursday and you can get a pound of chicken wings and a 20 oz beer for $12.99, good deal. Don’t really get what “A cowboy meets the sea” means and the tacky seizer causing palm tree but we will return to try other menu items.

Best wings in town, maybe ever. No I wouldn't go here if I was looking for a salad, but a great place to go after sporting events. Wait staff are friendly and the service is speedy. Gar Par, sounded gross, but is a must try!

I recently tried this new restaurant and I was very dissapointed. I ordered the tropical saloon shrimp and the chuck wagon calamari. The shrimp was over cooked and they were both over priced for the very small portion size you recieve. I also tried the wings and also again very dissapointing. Every chicken wing split in half while I tried to eat it. The only good thing about the place is the atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and they played great music.

Very expensive - $1 a wing! Just about everything is fried - disaster for anyone health-conscious. Waitresses seemed unfriendly/unprofessional. Wouldn't go again even if I had a $50 gift certificate.
