Paid $36.98 incl. tax to have a letter sized envelope delivered to Scarborough on. from Grimsby On. Date of shipment was 11/24/2018. Delivery was guaranteed for 11/27/2018. Today is 11/29/2018 12.05 pm.envelope still has not arrived. I called the service department on several occasions was advised package would be delivered before seven on Tuesday. Spoke again Wednesday to say it was on the truck for delivery. Called today waited twelve mins.was told package delivery was scheduled for 11/30/2018
