We had one tank that lasted about 3 weeks, we asked for another several times and were promised a tank, it never happened. We asked to be put on a program but came home to an empty tank. They never came unless called we are on a backroad but only 5k from their location. They acted it was a big deal to go out there! I think they only want to deal with homes that are in town. Switched to another company now we have 3 tanks and never have to worry about propane - like it should be.
