I've had 2 vehicles worked on now. The first one they screwed up the spray hoses and I had to repair it myself. The second had the sprayer hoses kinked and run incorrectly and they did damage to the wiper arm. A couple months after getting that repaired, the rubber trim around the window blew off on the highway. Again, I had to re-silicone it back on myself. Never taking another vehicle in to them again!
