This business unfairly puts profitability ahead of its customers. Ex. teturn parts that were in stock they charge you a restocking fee........we bought a Toro snowblower for my dad; he felt was too small and returned it to buy a larger unit. Restocking fee! Its happened several times as well as being quoted one price over the phone to be charged a different price. This is not good business practice. Buy on line....cheaper and no surprises.
