Rosenberg Frank W Dr

Have been seen by Dr. Rosenberg a few times and service continues to disappoint without failure! Today, I realized that I had forgotten my health card in the car. I was looked down and spoken to in an extremely rude manner by the receptionist (my health card is on file, she wanted the see the actual card!). After a more than 1.5 hr wait I entered the examination room with a red sticker on the door. Extremely unpleasant experience!! Will not return!!

Met with Dr Frank Rosenberg this morning; great Doctor. He took the time to listen and investigate each issue raised and made good recommendations. He provided additional information about my rosacea and it's triggers to stimulants (spicy food, pepper, etc), very informative and helpful, and personable.

I have been a patient with Dr. Rosenberb for many years and have been very happy with the good doctor. The service is great and Dr. Rosenberg is the greatest. I would not go to another dermatologist as my trust is with him. He is gentle and explains exactly what he is going to do before doing so. I would recommend anyone to him.
