Quick Fix to Clogged Drains

I called this company early this morning regarding 2 clogged drains in our house - one in the master bathroom and one in the kids bathroom. To my delight they fit the service call in the same day and the plumber who showed up was friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I'm glad I did some research and found that this is well established company with a great reputation for service work despite the previous review posted.

Terrible Customer Service!! Work has leaks!

I had an iron filter and other filter work done at my house. After returning home to find that there were leaks in the system I called the business owner to ask him to come back to fix the problem. He said he would come within the week. It has been a month. The secretary was completely rude and not helpful. Now, they ignore my calls, and nothing has been done to fix the leak. Every time we use the water it leaks all over the basement. I recommend anyone looking for a plumber in the Norfolk area to not use this company. They have terrible customer service and are a nightmare to work with.
