ONline cust service worst ever
Bought lousy phones at virgin...sent mine in for repair and took virgin 2 months to send me the return package (which was missing stuff) and when I got it back it wasn't fixed properly..bought my son a phone there and returned it twice as both were defective....bills are always messed up when I get them and no one seems to be able to explain them to me and theres always errors. Don't purchase with virgin!!! The only good service I had was one young woman at the kiosk who seemed friendly and knowledgable but she doesn't seem to be there anymore...online service is horrible and on the phone is much worse
