Very rude women work here. Every time I go to this location I have an unpleasant interaction. These employees (especially the elderly one) don’t know the first thing about customer service and obviously hate their lives and like to take their frustration out on the customers. They create a very negative atmosphere, I wish they were replaced with decent employees. I love the coffee, but may have to jump ship.
