Kernels Popcorn Mapleview Centre

I was at the Mapleview location on January 25, 2025. This was the second time that I saw someone touching their hair and when asked to wash her hands she provided attitude. I believe that corporate office should be training these people to refrain from touching/fixing their hair while serving customers. I was totally disappointed at her attitude and since half her hair was shaved, she should have shaved it all off to avoid having to touch it. Rude and inconsiderate service.

Missing a star as no kettle corn. But had a good experience. Was served by a friendly and helpful staff member.

What an awful experience. I came up to the kiosk to order a small bag and customer service was RUDE. I tried to pay in cash, and she said we DO NOT accept cash and the sma bag of popcorn was $7. She told me I should read the signs and this is a middle aged woman! NO hello, NO how can I help you. NOTHING. Wondering when I was here? May 15 at 154 pm. That employee should be retrained or terminated. In a world where you can be anything, be kind. lifetime customer who will never be back.

Terrible experience today. Rude employee working and popcorn was burnt. Will not return, and will stick to Burlington mall
