Bad Boy Furniture

I purchased a stove from Bad Boy. They didn't have it in stock after confirming the order so offered another model and a $500 refund. They delivered the other model but I never got the refund. I followed up with the manager for almost a year. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

Excellent customer service and very happy with our purchase. Very good experience.

Will never buy anything from bad boy again. Living room furniture I had gotten has been nothing but problems

Please stay away from this business, from walking in the store to receiving the furniture has been a total nightmare!

Terrible

It's actually zero stars. Purchased a sectional which was repaired 3 times and came back without the protective feet on. It scratched the heck outta my floors I just laid. They said they aren't responsible. Stay away from this company. The sales reps at the store were great in Burlington but customer service is terrible (which is separate). All in all, I'm left now with a unrepairable hardwood floor and nothing done about it.

Worst company ever don't give them a cent of your money. I had ordered some furniture from them that I saw in the store at the end of august. The sales lady was basically clueless and had to ask the manager every question I asked, very uninformed about the product. She told me it would take 4 weeks for delivery. I receiver my order after 9 weeks with nothing but problems. 1st I am missing a cushion that I had ordered. 2nd the chaise lounger cushion for my set is the wrong size and doesn't fit pr

Bought a dishwash...

Bought a dishwasher from them. Price wasn't any better than anywhere else (just over $700). When it was delivered, it was smashed up. Someone was supposed to call but no one ever did. When I called them, I just got transferred around and nothing was done. Avoid at all costs!

The salespeople are very pushy. if they dont have the make/model you want, then BEWARE.... They will offer to special order... but we did not really get what we expected... it did not work the way the others worked on floor. But tough luck, now you are stuck with it. The service manager is great - he follows up on his promises. the problem is that they don't do the service, it is outsourced. that experience has been extremely disappointing. overall, just not happy. nothing they can do for me.. and i am not going back.
