    More Bad Service.

    Unbelievably and appallingly poor service. Paid $200 to have my cracked screen fixed and they sent it back with the screen fixed but the microphone isnt working. And this is after two-and-half-weeks of waiting. This was the second time I have been very disappointed when doing business with this store. Folks, take your money somewhere else.

    Bad customer service

    I've been going to this store for quite some time now. Every time i experienced bad customer service. I always assumed as they're busy, that must be the reason. I've never left there in less than an hour! Always, always took me an hour in there. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Just recently, i needed to get something done. I've waited on them for 2 weeks, then went in to see them (2 brothers), then waited for phone calls that i was "suppose" to get. Never got any. Then called them, they never answered their phone, it was as if they were screening their calls. Finally, got frustrated and went in to pick up my phone and they tell me it was ready when i went in .. Didn't get any phone calls to let me know that my phone was ready, nothing! After testing them out for years (about 4 yrs), i have finally given up on them and am not going there anymore and thought others should be aware of the long wait times and not one single responsible person there!
