I have done my homework on potential schools to join and National Institute was by far the worst in terms of service and just terrible. First thing notice is how small the school is and very crowded and not an ideal location for a school. It doesn't look welcoming and the appearance was awful and very unclean. The people in that place don't seem to know what they are doing and are only interested in making you sign their contract. I would not recommend this school.
National institute is the worst school i have come across and i have went to and acquired many for information and this was the absolute worst service provided, unbelievably bad. The facility was so small and cramped not sure how a school is run there. Instead of a school this was actually more a salon and the quality of the education is below standard. I have spoken with people and they said they wasted their time and money on this place with no advancement. Terrible.
National Institute is like a big family. The staffs are friendly and understanding. I love the teaching style of the Aesthetic instructor. She took her time to explain all the material for me. Now I am a qualified Esthetician thanks to National Institute.

Terrible school that lacks courtesy and respect for students as the people that run the place think they are better than everyone and have such an unwelcoming, unpleasant attitude. First thing noticed when entering is the eye sore paint and wallpaper throughout the school. It wasn't clean at all and administrator was too busy on her cellphone, laughing and telling stories to even help. I would never recommend this school just for the pure unprofessionalism conducted. Avoid this place.
Completing my Advanced Makeup Artist certificate program at National Institute was the best decision I have ever made. For a short program, the instructor gave clear teaching and made the subjects easy to understand. This school is the best school.

This is a excellent school with amazing instructors and just being in a welcoming atmosphere brings a smile to my face. I enjoyed taking the aesthetics program, I learned a lot and now confident to go out in the real word and a proud salon owner. national Institute also helped me to set up my business. I would recommend this
school to anyone who actually wants to learn and be great at what they do.

After years of working at a very demanding job,I decided I needed to make a change.I had always been interested in the Health industry and decided to go to Massage Therapy School.The school environment is both friendly and professional.The transition was a challenge at first,but the teachers were always there to offer encouragement and support.The take the time to help each student.Thanks National Institute.
This is the most unhygienic you will ever come across. They provide terrible and false information and only force you to sign with them. I wouldn't even call this a properly function school as all I saw were clients having services done like some sort of salon with students watching, laughing and on their phones while teachers did all the work. Waste of time and National Institute should not be considered for education.
Love this school, Going to graduate in Advanced Aesthetics diploma program and ready to take the Hairstyling program next. Teachers are great and well knowledgeable.

Hi people, I was looking for a hair and makeup school in Brampton area and went to few school for information. I was little hesitate to go to national Institute after reading all these poor reviews but thought to just go and actually check it out by my own. Actually now I am going to join National Institute, coz I think they are the best in the area. I would suggest everyone to actually go in person rather than believing in these reviews.

National Institute is a waste of time and money with their sub par education and instructor incompetence who just rely word for word from the book. The grading scheme is a complete joke because students can fail everything and would yet receive their diploma and then the school advertises their 100% graduate success rate..no school is perfect, let alone 100%. You will receive nothing from your investment. Avoid this school.
Avoid this school due to very unhygienic and dirty place. The school's main operation is distributing diplomas for cash with no education provided by their teachers who don't really know anything as all they are used for is working on clients for their cash salon. National Institute should not be considered if students actually want a successful career, the school will just drain student funds and then all they have is a worthless piece of paper that is not useful with any employer.

Received terrible information from this place as it wasn't even proper. They just kept pushing I sign the contract and join the school. Facilities were not clean and prices they were mentioning for courses were clearly ridiculous and they kept on trying to tailor the programs just for me to join. The director had no knowledge whatsoever and even their administration lacked courtesy and respect, thinking they are better than everyone. Not recommended
The institute mostly operates as a salon with little to no focus on education. Students are forced to graduate early without completing necessary hours and theory needed. The facility isn't even hygienic and is disgusting. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend this institute
