I've called this company several times in the past week, and not been able to get in contact with anyone. I've left several messages just asking for ANYONE to call me back and I am still waiting. Terrible customer service. You will not see me calling them again. Unless you are willing to wait weeks to get a call back or service, id suggest trying another company as I have done.
