Stay Far Away! Extrememly over priced. I spent 4 hours in the salon to get highlights which should have taken no more than 2 hours tops. I ended up having to leave with wet hair and no cut because I ran out of time and it cost $250. Staff was rude!

If you are looking for an establishment to stand behind their work, this is not the place. In short, they screwed up my hair, then attempted to fix but instead stripped my own hair pigment ( I am now sporting orange) and they sliced the highlights, so unprofessional. I called back to have fixed again and was told I had to pay. When I disagreed, I was told by one of the owners to go find another Hair Salon. There is zero customer loyalty here. Enter at own risk.

I moved from AB 18 months ago and went online to find out who was "the best" hair salon in Bowmanville. These guys are top notch with the experience and service that surpasses all others. To find a colourist in this area that actually KNOWS what they are doing is very rare. My husband and twins also come to get their hair trimmed, so the whole family looks great!!! My hair is now in the best condition it's ever been in and I had to write this just to let EVERYONE know - this salon rocks!
I came in to get a colour change and a new style after another salon had totally messed it up. From when I walked in to when I left i was made to feel relaxed and was talked through the whole process and what the cost would be ( as a single mom i want to keep my eye on how much things cost! ) I left that day feeling like a new woman! Thank you all so much!
I moved here 3 months ago and heard through a friend about this place. Checked out their facebook and went to see. Love it and will never trust anyone else with my hair.
I think i finally found my dream salon and i don't need to go downtown to get there:-))) All the staff were so polite and helpful and gave me a new confidence with my hair.I even had a scalp massage which i never had before then and they give you free coffee!!! My hi-lites are gorgeous and im super excited to tell all my friends. THANK YOU XOXO !!!
Where to start! Service was so friendly and helpful and my stylist knew what he was talking about. My consultation was thorough and he addressed all of the relevant issues with my hair - after having so many terrible experiences in the past, this was a breath of fresh air! These guys even gave me a free scalp massage and hand massage when my colour was on. And their coffee was FANTASTIC! I'm recommending this salon to all of my friends,co-workers and family. Well done!!!
I should have known after the man at the front desk gave me dirty looks as I walked in the front door and a snarky response as I asked for a quote on the cost of my hair appointment that day, that it was not going to be a good experience. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to even speak with my hair dresser about my hair. He seem to have rushed to get the dye on, and then leave it on for an hour while he continued with 2 other people while I was sitting there with dye on my head! The back of the salon where he took me to shampoo looked unfinished and dark. As I was now his final hair cut of the night he spent the next hour pushing me to buy his expensive products! And to finish it off, it cost me almost $200! Way more than I was quoted earlier. And for my hair, average... not $200 dollars worth thats for sure!
