Called for a tow truck. Could barely understand them on the phone, zero concerns with customer service. Told me it would be 20 minutes to wait. About 45 min later I called them again. They said they would check where the truck was and call me back. They didn't. In total I had to wait an hour and a half for the toe truck to arrive. The total was $100 plus tax, or $75 with no tax (and no receipt of course). Tax dodging companies will not get my business. I do not recommend Academy Towing.
