I recently had the sim card tray/ holder brake off, and get stuck inside the slot where the tray would go. I was directed to this place by Fido.
Now Fido is not to blame here, I was just dumb enough to actually go here. I got to the desk, and I told them my situation. The guy at the desk told me that he would look at it.
He literally looked at it for two seconds, poked it with a pair of tweezers, and said, "sorry, we can;t fix it". WHY ARE YOU EVEN CALLED A PHONE REPAIR SHOP? Waste of time!
Horrible service for both me and my friend. Her iPhone had to be taken in twice after repairs turned out to cause more issues. Was told she would have to pay AGAIN for their mistakes both times.
I myself had my iPhone repaired there and my phone hasn't worked since. Just officially broke by coming apart into 3 different pieces while in my hand. Now costing me lots in replacing it.

DO NOT get your phone repaired here! I had an accident with my phone and took it to them and paid $200 to have them repair the screen on my phone. Once it was fixed I put my phone in an Otterbox a week after the repair a small crack appeared near the top of my screen I immediately took my phone into them and they refused to fix it unless I paid another $200.
